Behavior Analyst – Special Education (Full‑time)

About the role

The District Office of the Special Education Department seeks a qualified Behavior Analyst to support students with autism, emotional disturbance, and related conditions. This full‑time position works Monday‑Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., providing direct expertise to improve educational outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct program evaluation and data collection to assess the effectiveness of special‑education interventions.
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized educational programs for students with qualifying disabilities.
• Collaborate with school staff, educational agencies, and community partners to align services with district goals.
• Provide technical guidance on behavior‑analysis practices and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field.
• Current Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Minimum two years of progressive experience working with educational agencies, school districts, or community programs.
• Experience in program evaluation, data collection, and designing curricula for autism or emotional disturbance.
