BDR Enablement Lead

About the role

Anthropic is seeking a BDR Enablement Lead to design and own the curriculum that shapes the next generation of business development representatives. This role will drive onboarding, skill development, and pipeline‑generation playbooks, ensuring the BDR team becomes the most AI‑native prospecting force in the industry.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver an end‑to‑end onboarding curriculum that moves new hires from day one to their first booked meeting as quickly as responsibly possible.
• Enable BDRs with AI‑native prospecting workflows, including plugins, advanced account research techniques, and agentic tooling.
• Create and maintain pipeline‑generation playbooks across different segments, personas, and sales motions.
• Run continuous training on sales fundamentals such as cold calling, written outreach, objection handling, discovery, and qualification.
• Certify BDRs on Anthropic’s products, qualification criteria, and messaging.
• Partner with BDR leadership to identify skill gaps that limit pipeline and design targeted interventions.
• Build coaching and call‑review infrastructure to provide frequent, specific feedback.
• Measure enablement impact on ramp time, activity quality, meeting conversion, and pipeline contribution.
• Define clear development pathways from BDR to the next sales role in collaboration with sales leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales enablement, preferably with a background as a high‑performing BDR or BDR manager.
• Passion for mentorship and early‑career development.
• Excitement about redesigning prospecting processes around AI rather than retrofitting existing methods.
• Hands‑on ability to build and iterate prospecting workflows and tooling.
• Comfort teaching fundamental sales skills with energy and modeling them on live calls.
• Thrives in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments and enjoys building programs from scratch.
• Balances focus on both people development and measurable results.
