Bath Installer (1099 Contract)

About the role

Renuity is seeking experienced Bath Installers to join its network of independent contractors. You will install home remodeling products, ensuring they meet Renuity standards and deliver a high‑quality finish for homeowners.

Key responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Renuity standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for each installation.
• Communicate with management after each job to confirm customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete a job checklist with the homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience.
• Knowledge of residential showers, tubs, or walk‑in tubs/showers.
• Experience with stone panels, setting drains, and installing valves.
• Established LLC or business with general liability and workers’ compensation insurance.
• Enclosed van, shuttle, or trailer to haul materials.
