About the role
The University of Arkansas at Monticello is seeking a non‑student assistant to support its baseball program. This temporary, fixed‑term position provides clerical and operational help to the coaching staff, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and contributing to the overall success of the team.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the baseball staff with daily operational tasks and game‑day preparations.
- Organize travel arrangements, accommodations, and transportation for the team.
- Maintain records, inventory, and budgeting documentation for the baseball program.
- Coordinate scheduling of practices, meetings, and events.
- Support equipment management and ensure readiness for practices and games.
- Provide administrative assistance for coaching meetings and player communications.
