About the role
The University of Arkansas at Monticello is seeking a temporary assistant to support its baseball program. This on‑site position involves a variety of clerical and operational tasks that keep the team running smoothly. The role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a sports environment and can handle multiple responsibilities with professionalism.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day assistance to the baseball coaching staff.
- Manage equipment inventory, distribution, and maintenance.
- Coordinate practice and game schedules, including facility bookings.
- Handle administrative duties such as data entry, record keeping, and correspondence.
- Support event setup, tear‑down, and logistics for home games and tournaments.
- Assist with travel arrangements and documentation for away games.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work well with coaches, athletes, and other staff members.
- Organizational aptitude and attention to detail.
