About the role
Join the team at Pleasanton's premier venues, Casa Real and The Palm, to deliver memorable experiences at weddings, corporate gatherings, and social events.
Key responsibilities
- Provide polished, attentive service throughout weddings and events
- Serve pre‑set meals and beverages (no order‑taking required)
- Carry trays of food, glassware, and dishes with confidence (training provided)
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, ensuring spaces are event‑ready
- Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly with professionalism and care
- Work collaboratively with a large team to execute seamless events
Required profile
- Previous banquet or serving experience preferred, but not required
- Strong work ethic and a team‑first mindset
- Comfortable being on feet for long periods and lifting 40‑50 lb
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Available to work weekends and nights, minimum 6 days per month
