About the role

PwC is seeking a Banking & Capital Markets Tax Senior Associate to join its Financial Services Tax practice. In this senior position you will help clients navigate complex national and international tax environments, provide strategic consulting on business analysis, working capital management, and profit sharing, and support tax structuring for cross‑border transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on local and international tax obligations and develop strategies to manage tax impacts.
• Prepare and review tax documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Analyze financial statements to identify tax implications and opportunities.
• Research tax regulations and provide guidance on tax structuring and compliance.
• Support operational tax risk management and advise on cross‑border transaction tax implications.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional development.
• Build and maintain client relationships to deliver tailored tax services.

Required profile

• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Eligibility to sit for the CPA exam in the intended state of employment (or equivalent tax/finance credentials).
