About the role

As a Bank Platform Transformation – Data Migration & Conversion Lead (Manager) you will guide PwC’s banking clients through complex data migration and conversion initiatives within core banking technology. You will combine consulting expertise with project leadership to ensure seamless integration of new applications and optimal operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end data migration and conversion projects for banking and capital‑markets clients.
• Analyse client requirements and design software solutions that improve operational performance.
• Plan, budget, execute and close projects while meeting quality, timeline and delivery standards.
• Oversee the integration and adoption of business applications, providing training and support to client teams.
• Produce technical documentation and deliver consultative guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders to address data challenges and drive strategic transformation.
• Mentor junior staff, promote professional growth and ensure high‑performing team dynamics.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in banking, data migration or technology consulting.
• Strong analytical reasoning and business data analytics capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage projects, budgets and client expectations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
