Back End Software Engineer

About the role

Docugami is seeking a Back End Software Engineer to help build AI‑powered SaaS solutions that transform unstructured business documents. You will join a fast‑growing, Seattle‑area startup and work remotely with a team of engineers, product managers and AI researchers.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to design, develop, and deliver new backend features on the product roadmap.
• Partner with the in‑house science team to integrate cutting‑edge AI breakthroughs into production services.
• Ensure end‑to‑end customer success by working closely with sales and support teams on deployment and issue resolution.

Required profile

• 7–15 years of professional software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Strong problem‑solving, time‑management and a passion for technical excellence.
• Proven track record of delivering scalable software systems.
