B2B Account Manager (Remote)

About the role

As a B2B Account Manager you will manage relationships with CareerSwift's business clients, understand their needs, coordinate requests, and ensure a positive experience with our AI‑powered products and services. You will collaborate closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to support accounts and turn client feedback into actionable improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day communication and relationships with assigned B2B clients.
• Understand client goals and recommend relevant CareerSwift products or solutions.
• Coordinate client requests with internal teams and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Conduct regular client check‑ins and identify opportunities to improve engagement and satisfaction.
• Support account growth by identifying upsell or expansion opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client information, activities, and follow‑up tasks in the CRM.
• Collect client feedback and share insights with sales, customer success, and product teams.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in account management, customer success, sales, business development, or a related role.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Customer‑focused approach with good commercial awareness.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple client relationships.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and other digital tools.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
