Aviation/Transportation Project Manager

About the role

Centurion is seeking a self‑starter Aviation/Transportation Project Manager to lead civil design projects, identify new roadway opportunities, and promote the firm’s capabilities to clients and prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee civil design projects and coordinate engineering design teams.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in roadway and highway projects.
• Prepare qualification and experience statements, and lead contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors.
• Schedule and conduct project meetings with teams, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders.
• Track man‑hours, costs, and expenses while reporting progress to senior management.

Required profile

• B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering with 7+ years of experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Proven highway/roadway design and project management experience.
• Strong technical writing, communication, and financial management skills.
