AV Project Coordinator

About the role

The AV Project Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to HEDSouth's Engineering team, managing staff workload and scheduling to keep deliverables on track.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering staff assignments and deliverable schedules.
• Create and track tasks, flagging scheduling conflicts.
• Serve as liaison between Engineering and Sales, Project Management, Procurement, Installation, Programming, and Service teams.
• Process and distribute drawings, equipment lists, specifications, and other project documentation.
• Generate weekly engineering status and schedule reports.

Required profile

• Trustworthy, eager to learn, systematic and organized with a standards‑based approach.
• Steady work history (approximately three years), pleasant disposition, high emotional intelligence, and strong written and verbal communication.
