About the role
The position supports the controlling department of a large food company, handling invoice processing, reporting, and various administrative tasks related to facilities and fleet management.
Key responsibilities
- Enter service provider invoices for payment and attach mandatory spreadsheets.
- Generate meal control reports and feed facilities information into the intranet.
- Guide fleet drivers on fueling, ownership transfer processes, and perform vehicle check‑lists.
- Store materials in the archive and warehouse, maintaining organization.
- Assist entry/exit cell processes and operate the road scale.
- Process delivery receipt slips, digitize documents via 0800 net, and collect signatures for fiscal document filing.
- Open pre‑tickets to allow truck entry and update pallet term control records.
- Occasionally load/unload cargo and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Required profile
- Completed elementary education (Ensino Fundamental Completo).
Required skills
- Proficiency in SAP for invoice and report integration.
