Automotive Service Manager

About the role

Mills Auto Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead the service department at Classic Toyota of Henderson. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability across all service activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of service technicians and support staff.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by ensuring timely, quality service.
• Analyze expenses and implement strategies to improve department profitability.
• Develop initiatives to increase service revenue and market share.
• Review and approve service estimates and invoices for accuracy.
• Oversee parts inventory, ordering, and supply chain management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Train, mentor, and develop staff to achieve performance goals.
• Handle customer escalations and resolve service‑related issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive service management.
• Proven track record of running a profitable service department.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Required skills

• Familiarity with dealership software and systems.
