Automotive Service Advisor / Writer

About the role

The Faulkner Automotive Group is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Automotive Service Advisor to join its Toyota dealership in Trevose. As the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicle in for service, you will greet each customer and guide them through the repair process in a smooth, professional way. Training is provided to all employees, and the company offers continued growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet every customer and act as the first point of contact for vehicles coming into service.
• Take customers through the repair process professionally and smoothly.
• Perform a walk-around of the vehicle and gather vehicle information.
• Listen to the customer's explanation of the problems so you can understand the issue fully.

Required profile

• Valid driver's license.
• Vehicle repair or service experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude.
