Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, accurately assess their service needs and prepare detailed repair orders and estimates.
• Explain costs and timelines, set realistic expectations, and maintain clear communication between customers and the service team.
• Dispatch orders to mechanics, track progress, and collaborate to resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain precise records of interactions, services performed, and follow‑ups.
• Stay informed on industry trends to provide expert recommendations and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar customer‑facing role.
• Solid mechanical knowledge and background in automotive repair or service.
• Outstanding communication skills to simplify technical details for customers.
• Proactive problem‑solver who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
