About the role
The Faulkner Automotive Group is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Product Specialist to join its Volvo Lancaster dealership. Sales experience is a plus but not required, as training is provided to all employees. The role partners with customers to help them find the best vehicle for their needs.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with customers to find the best vehicle for them
- Ask discovery questions and act as a good listener
- Solve problems and explain vehicle features
- Compare vehicle benefits
Required profile
- Valid driver's license
- Customer service or retail sales experience preferred
- Commitment to exceptional customer service
- Able to perform all job functions, including bending, standing, lifting and reaching
