About the role
The Faulkner Automotive Group is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Sales Consultant to join its Infiniti franchise in Mechanicsburg. Training is provided to all employees, and while sales experience is a plus it is not required. The Mechanicsburg hub also includes Alfa Romeo, Maserati, Cadillac, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Fiat, Nissan, Porsche, Subaru and Volkswagen.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with customers to find the best vehicle for them.
- Ask discovery questions, solve problems and listen carefully.
- Explain vehicle features and compare vehicle benefits.
Required profile
- Valid driver's license.
- Customer service or retail sales experience preferred.
- Commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Able to perform all job functions, including bending, standing, lifting and reaching.
