About the role

Join Kuhn Volkswagen in South Tampa as an Automotive Sales Consultant. You will be the primary point of contact for customers interested in new and used Volkswagen vehicles, guiding them through the entire sales journey while representing a top‑performing dealership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on online sales leads, keeping detailed customer records.
• Schedule appointments, greet walk‑in customers, and provide vehicle demonstrations.
• Explain optional equipment and high‑tech features of each vehicle.
• Maintain the showroom and lot environment, including moving and parking vehicles.
• Report sales activities and results to the Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to track multiple leads.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and effective communication.
• Comfortable working on a commission‑based compensation structure.
• Clean, valid driver’s license and willingness to undergo a drug screen.
