Automotive Sales Associate Bilingual

About the role

Kowalis Auto Group is seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Associate who can communicate fluently in both English and Spanish. You will be the front‑line representative who helps customers find the right vehicle while delivering a high‑end, world‑class experience.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales through traditional (phone, email, in‑person) and non‑traditional channels.
• Answer inbound sales calls and schedule customer appointments.
• Monitor and follow up on internet leads from the dealership website, manufacturer portals, and third‑party sites.
• Identify each customer’s vehicle needs by listening and asking targeted questions.
• Set, confirm, and track appointments, following up on both attended and missed meetings.
• Maintain up‑to‑date website content, special offers, and current incentives.

Required profile

• Flexible availability, including weekends and varied hours.
• Excellent communication across phone, email, text, video calls, and social media.
• Positive, self‑motivated attitude with strong teamwork orientation.
• Organized, process‑driven, and focused on exceeding customer expectations.
• Professional appearance and well‑groomed demeanor.
• Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.
• Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Mandatory technology proficiency and computer competence.
