Auto-Transport Broker & Dealer Growth Partner

About the role

CarrierOS is seeking an experienced auto‑transport broker to lead dealer growth and transport operations in the U.S. market. You will work remotely with U.S. car dealerships, transport providers and automotive businesses during U.S. business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and engage U.S. dealer leads.
• Leverage industry relationships to open conversations and win transport jobs.
• Coordinate pricing, carrier capacity, pickup, delivery and handle exceptions.
• Build trusted, repeat‑business relationships with dealers.
• Communicate recurring customer pain points to the founding and product teams.
• Translate real‑world transport experience into product improvements and new services.

Required profile

• Proven experience in auto‑transport brokerage, dealer operations, vehicle logistics or B2B automotive sales.
• Ability to generate your own leads and create opportunities.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English.
• Commercial confidence without a hard‑sell attitude.
• Comfort managing details and solving problems independently.
• Interest in AI, software and improving vehicle logistics.
• High sense of autonomy, commitment and accountability.
