Autism Support Professional (Entry-Level)

About the role

California Behavioral Treatment Center seeks compassionate entry‑level professionals to deliver 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities in home, school, and community settings.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and collect data on client progress.
• Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments and assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Required profile

• High School Diploma (required); Bachelor’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders or related field (preferred).
• Valid California driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass TB test, criminal background check and fingerprint clearance.
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates strongly encouraged.

What we offer

• Pay range $22.00 – $26.00 per hour, based on experience and education.
• Mileage reimbursement and paid drive‑time compensation.
