Audit Manager

About the role

The firm is seeking an Audit Manager to lead multiple audit engagements for a diverse client base across various industries. The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of external audit experience in a public accounting environment, hold a CPA, and demonstrate strong leadership and technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, complete, and review multiple audit programs simultaneously.
• Oversee staff on several concurrent engagements.
• Review and assess the completion of audits.
• Coordinate with clients and the firm to address audit findings.
• Ensure deliverables and work papers are clear, concise, well‑written, and comply with firm standards and professional requirements.
• Participate in developing audit department training, methodology, and resources.
• Prioritize and manage engagements to meet schedule and budget requirements.

Required profile

• CPA certification with 5+ years of experience in public accounting conducting external audits.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field (preferred).
• Significant supervisory experience and ability to develop staff.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Broad experience across various industries.
• Willingness to travel 15‑20% of the time.
