About the role
Mills Auto Group is seeking a certified Audi Technician to join its Hampton, VA service team. You will work in a clean, temperature‑controlled dealership environment, delivering high‑quality repairs and diagnostics for Audi vehicles.
Key responsibilities
- Perform repair order tasks efficiently and in line with dealership policies.
- Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; conduct test drives.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems.
- Communicate directly with Service Advisors to inform customers of additional service needs.
- Complete online multi‑point inspection reports.
- Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an auto technician.
- Broad knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
- Fast learner with strong written and verbal communication.
- Excellent customer service and teamwork abilities.
- Computer literate and able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
- Valid driver’s license.
