Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 25‑50 disability clients, guiding them through the application and appeals process.
• Prepare and file legal documents, gather medical evidence, and represent clients at hearings.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop tools that improve legal workflows and client outcomes.
• Participate in project work at the intersection of client service and technology.
• Maintain the highest standards of legal representation and client communication.

Required profile

• Graduated from a top law school with strong academic performance.
• Admitted to the bar in any U.S. state.
• Experience in high‑volume direct‑service legal practice or a top law firm.
• Demonstrated commitment to serving low‑income or vulnerable populations.
• Resourceful, team‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑moving startup environment.
