Attendee Data Coordinator

About the role

The Attendee Data Coordinator supports meeting planners by managing attendee registration for conferences and events. This position ensures accurate data handling, smooth registration processes, and reliable communication with event stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Work with event planners to manage registration for high‑volume in‑person, hybrid, and virtual corporate events.
• Maintain and update attendee databases, generate lists, and perform data analysis as requested.
• Develop, edit, test, and manage online registration forms and event communications such as save‑the‑dates, invitations, reminders, confirmations, and surveys.
• Assist attendees and stakeholders with registration questions and provide timely support.
• Handle confidential invitee data in compliance with PII guidelines.
• Produce printed materials (name badges, tent cards, signage) and manage shipping of event supplies.
• Support post‑event reporting and on‑site execution, including travel and logistics for in‑person meetings.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
• Experience handling confidential information and adhering to data‑privacy standards.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with attendees, planners, and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel domestically and provide on‑site support as needed.
