ATM Technician

About the role

The Vantage Technical Services division of The Brink’s Company is seeking an ATM Technician for its Baton Rouge, LA location. You will work on all aspects of ATM operations, including programming, assembly, repair, cash loading, and installation, while delivering excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Make on‑site visits to repair or install ATM equipment.
• Program ATMs independently or with technical support assistance.
• Repair and test ATM components.
• Install, repair, or replace ATM signage at customer sites.
• Document all activities in the PAI system.
• Perform preventative maintenance on assigned ATMs.
• Manage parts inventory on the service vehicle.
• Drive the service vehicle up to five days per week for dispatched calls.
• Perform additional field and service tasks as required.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented with strong customer‑focus.
• Experience in ATM service, cash operations, or related technical fields.
• Ability to adapt to a changing, dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated integrity, trustworthiness, and interpersonal skills.
• Quick learner who can solve new problems on the fly.
