A&T Technician II – 3rd Shift Sub Assembly

About the role

Moog’s Space and Defense Group is seeking an A&T Technician II for the 3rd shift on site in East Aurora, NY. The position involves precision assembly, testing, inspection, and analysis to support product delivery requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform various precision and complex assembly, test, inspection, and analysis functions in support of product delivery requirements.
• Execute multiple complex manufacturing and special processes both within and outside the A&T functional department.
• Participate proactively in a team‑based environment, providing guidance and motivation.
• Take ownership of sub‑assembly performance and collaborate to develop the sub‑assembly area.
• Initiate, lead, and participate in process improvements within the sub‑assembly area.
• Set up and perform deburring, heli‑coil installation, and Lee plug installation work areas.
• Provide support to other A&T simple sub‑assembly processes.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED preferred; ability to understand and apply verbal, written, and computer work instructions in English and perform basic arithmetic.
• At least three years of relevant experience in manufacturing or assembly environments.
