A&T Technician II – 1st Shift (Onsite, Buffalo, NY)

About the role

Moog is seeking an A&T Technician II to join its Military Aircraft Group in Buffalo, NY. This full‑time, first‑shift position focuses on assembling and testing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electro‑mechanical components for high‑reliability aerospace applications.

Key responsibilities

• Perform assembly operations on valves, actuators, and systems using specialized tools and measuring instruments.
• Execute high‑reliability soldering and crimping of wires on complex sub‑assemblies.
• Interpret drawings, worksheets, and parts lists to build and repair units.
• Conduct diagnostic rework and testing to ensure units meet strict test requirements.
• Assemble hydraulic stands and support production‑run repairs.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED (preferred) with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Minimum three years of experience in a related technical field, preferably in aerospace or manufacturing.
• Eligibility to enroll in the company’s FAA Drug & Alcohol Program as required by federal regulations.
