Assurance Manager – Health Industries

About the role

PwC is seeking an Assurance Manager to lead audit and assurance engagements for clients in the health industries sector. You will provide independent, objective evaluations of financial statements and internal controls, ensuring credibility and reliability for stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead audit workstreams focused on financial statement audits for health‑industry clients.
• Evaluate regulatory compliance, governance and risk‑management processes.
• Manage client relationships, set expectations and deliver high‑quality insights.
• Guide teams in applying audit methodologies and financial reporting standards.
• Identify financial trends and risks through analytical review.
• Review and verify financial documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
• Implement data‑analysis and visualization techniques to improve audit efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Accounting).
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Active CPA license or equivalent qualification.

Required skills

• Proficiency with financial reporting standards (GAAP).
• Strong data‑analysis capabilities.
