About the role

Join PwC’s Digital Assurance & Transparency (DAT) team in Minneapolis as a Summer 2028 Intern. You will work alongside experienced auditors and technologists, gaining hands‑on exposure to digital audit methodologies, cloud‑based solutions, and AI‑driven data analysis while supporting real client engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist audit teams in evaluating financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Support the development and deployment of cloud engineering solutions to streamline audit processes.
• Collaborate on the application of artificial intelligence platforms for data quality assessment and validation.
• Conduct research, gather information, and help analyze financial data to identify patterns.
• Observe and learn from senior auditors to understand digital assurance practices.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, MIS, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Eligibility to sit for the CPA exam (or CISA licensure) in the intended state of employment before transitioning to full‑time.
• Typically in the third year of a four‑year program or fourth year of a five‑year program.
