About the role

The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff is seeking an Associate Vice Chancellor for Strategic Enrollment Management. This senior administrative position reports to the Vice Chancellor and is responsible for guiding the university’s enrollment strategy across all academic programs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive enrollment plans that align with institutional goals.
• Analyze enrollment data and market trends to inform decision‑making.
• Collaborate with academic and student affairs leaders to improve recruitment, retention, and student success initiatives.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation for enrollment functions.
• Lead enrollment marketing and outreach campaigns to attract prospective students.
• Manage enrollment technology platforms and data systems.
• Supervise and develop enrollment staff and teams.
• Represent the university in external partnerships, community engagements, and professional conferences.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in higher education administration, public policy, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience in enrollment management or academic affairs within a university setting.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
• Experience with data‑driven enrollment systems and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of federal financial aid regulations and student financing.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
