Associate Veterinarian

About the role

We are an independently owned, two‑location veterinary practice seeking a dedicated veterinarian to join our team. You will work across Cobb & Co Veterinary Clinic and South Town Animal Hospital, contributing to high‑quality patient care and collaborative practice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive veterinary care, including diagnostics, surgery, and medical treatment.
• Collaborate with technicians and assistants, involving them in patient care decisions.
• Participate in onboarding, mentorship, and continuous learning programs.
• Help shape workflows and practice improvements across both locations.

Required profile

• Licensed DVM with a passion for practicing good medicine.
• Coachable, curious, and able to work well in a team environment.
• Open to feedback, willing to own mistakes, and adaptable to change.
• Respectful of support staff and committed to a patient‑first approach.

Required skills

• Digital radiography (including dental radiography).
• Ultrasound imaging.
• Surgical techniques.
• Experience or interest in dentistry, internal medicine, behavior, or dermatology.
