Associate Vehicle Test Specialist

About the role

Join Bosch Mobility Aftermarket as an Associate Vehicle Test Specialist, where you will drive the validation strategy for key North American automotive brands. You will own diagnostic validation coverage for each vehicle model, ensuring products exceed customer expectations for quality, reliability, and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the comprehensive validation coverage strategy for each vehicle model throughout development, validation, release, and maintenance phases.
• Translate customer needs and service information into L2‑based validation requirements and set actionable development targets.
• Conduct in‑depth analysis of competitor diagnostic tools to identify competitive advantages and improvement areas.
• Serve as the central subject‑matter expert for validation matters, collaborating with content authors, software developers, and global engineering teams.
• Lead validation and verification of critical vehicle functionalities, with a strong focus on ADAS and complex electronic systems.

Required profile
