Associate Therapist

About the role

The Child & Family Guidance Center of Texoma seeks a full‑time Associate Therapist to provide trauma‑informed care to at‑risk children, adolescents, and their families. Working under clinical supervision, you will join a dedicated team focused on evidence‑based mental health services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy to a caseload of clients.
• Participate in supervision meetings for case planning, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with agency policies.
• Collaborate with other professionals to align therapy goals.
• Attend agency meetings, events, and continuing education to meet licensing requirements.

Required profile

• Licensed Professional Counselor‑Associate (LPC‑Associate) in Texas.
• High ethical standards, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to organize priorities, track progress, and manage data.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on client needs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) software.
