Associate Territory Representative - West/Central Michigan

About the role

In partnership with its Medtech client, IQVIA is recruiting Associate Territory Representatives for the West/Central Michigan area, based in Grand Rapids. This is an entry point into medical device sales for a B2B sales professional ready to build a career in healthcare. It is a pure hunter role: you will build your own book of business by calling on outpatient urology, urogynecology and related clinics and driving prescriptions of intermittent catheters and Urinary Management Systems. The company teaches the clinical side.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, target and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across the assigned geography
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and clinic staff on the clinical and patient benefits of products
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage in existing accounts
• Build and manage a territory pipeline, keeping activity and opportunity data accurate in the CRM
• Run in-clinic education, product demonstrations and follow-up with clinical staff
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets
• Plan routes, prioritize targets and manage an expense budget

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory
• Track record of winning in a professional, metrics-driven sales environment
• Comfortable with cold outreach, gatekeepers and long sales cycles
• Coachable, competitive and accountable, owning your numbers and results
• Strong verbal communication and the presence to earn credibility with physicians
• Preferred: experience at companies known for world-class sales training (e.g., ADP, Enterprise, Cintas, Paychex, Xerox)
• Highly preferred: 2-4 years of B2B sales experience with a record of quota achievement

• Total compensation of $100,000+ at sales goal target, with uncapped bonus potential
