Associate, Talent Acquisition – Contingent Workforce

About the role

The Associate, Talent Acquisition on the Contingent Workforce team drives the end‑to‑end recruiting process for contractors and temporary staff. You will act as the primary liaison for candidates and vendors, ensuring a smooth hiring experience while meeting business demand.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to define contingent labor needs, required skills, timelines, and sourcing strategies.
• Manage contractor request intake and create job postings in the applicant tracking system.
• Leverage direct sourcing resources and preferred vendors to source qualified candidates.
• Coordinate candidate screening, interview scheduling, submission, and feedback tracking with sourcing teams, vendors, and shared services.
• Maintain accurate communication and status updates across all stakeholders to move requisitions to completion efficiently.
