About the role

Real Chemistry’s 21GRAMS unit is seeking an Associate Strategy Director to lead brand strategy for healthcare clients. The role blends scientific insight, human‑centred creativity, and AI‑driven data to shape compelling brand narratives that drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop brand positioning, messaging, and creative briefs that articulate the brand story.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Creative, and Project Management teams to design integrated omnichannel campaigns.
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in omnichannel marketing.
• Conduct market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities.
• Design and facilitate workshops, leading tactical and brand planning sessions.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading brand strategy initiatives, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising.
• Ability to work closely with executive leadership and cross‑functional partners.
• Strong analytical mindset to translate market data into actionable strategy.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting strategy to internal and external stakeholders.
