Associate, Referral Management

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an Associate to support referral management and client services in its Wilmington, MA Medicare‑certified Home Health Visits office. The role focuses on delivering superior customer service and ensuring timely processing of referrals.

Key responsibilities

• Process referrals promptly and support the client services manager with scheduling and emergent issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations.
• Monitor key metrics such as admissions, Medicare percentage, and referral rejections.
• Partner with Clinical Managers to supervise and support field employees.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with Medicare, OASIS, or medical office/home care settings is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to take on increased responsibility and achieve goals.
• Ambition to grow and advance within the organization.

Required skills

• Strong computer proficiency, including use of electronic medical record systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Base salary of $50,000 per year, with quarterly bonuses up to $1,000 based on performance metrics.
