Associate Recruiter – Denver, CO (Hybrid)

About the role

Kelly is seeking an Associate Recruiter to join its Denver team. This full‑time, hybrid position focuses on high‑volume talent acquisition, from sourcing and screening to extending offers. You will work closely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leaders to deliver qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume phone and video screening interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Proactively source candidates using job boards, databases, referrals, and outbound calling to build talent pipelines.
• Manage outbound outreach (calls, texts, emails) and follow‑up with prospective candidates.
• Guide candidates through the hiring lifecycle, from initial contact to offer extension and acceptance.
• Present and explain offers, address candidate questions, and support negotiations within guidelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the ATS, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
• Track and meet recruiting activity and hiring metrics in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience, preferably in recruiting, staffing, or sales.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, especially over the phone.
• Ability to handle multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to accurate documentation and compliance.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms and sourcing tools.
