Associate Project Manager

About the role

Join the UAMS College of Nursing to support research initiatives through effective project coordination and community engagement. You will work closely with the Project Director to ensure grant objectives are met.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, schedule meetings, and support overall project management.
• Maintain accurate project records, including meeting minutes and budget documentation.
• Arrange travel for team members and facilitate communication with stakeholders.
• Assist with grant reporting, dissemination of project outcomes, and outreach activities.
• Serve as primary contact for community partners and help organize annual stakeholder meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, administration, public policy, science or related field.
• At least two years of relevant experience.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
