Associate Producer, Social Media

About the role

Team One, Publicis Groupe's integrated media, digital and communications agency, is hiring an Associate Producer with a focus on social video production. You will help bring creative projects to life for client Lexus, handling production details for video on social channels such as Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, from shoot to finish, including TV tagging and re-editing of existing footage. You will also work alongside senior Producers on larger, more complex shoots.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and manage the social editor calendar and post-production workflow to keep editing and finishing on schedule.
• Work with ground-up events and social shoots to capture footage for the social editor workflow.
• Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams during production.
• Help producers plan, organize and direct multiple concurrent projects, and create estimates, schedules, meeting notes and other project documentation.
• Assist the producer in managing external vendors and project teams, and build a close working relationship with the Lexus Cost Consultant (MCA).
• Revise current spots or content as needed, and stay informed on competitor trends.
• Collaborate with Business Affairs to estimate jobs and talent, and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1-2 years of production experience with a focus on social media production, ideally at an ad or social media agency.
• Experience on social media platforms, content campaigns and content workflows.
• Strong communication, independent decision-making, teamwork and attention to detail; able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of video post-production.
