Associate Implementation Consultant

About the role

Box is seeking an Associate Implementation Consultant to help customers adopt its AI‑driven content management platform. In this role you will act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring successful deployment and adoption of Box solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects for SaaS customers, coordinating cross‑functional teams.
• Gather and translate business requirements into system configurations and workflows.
• Deliver customer‑facing presentations and demos to senior stakeholders.
• Provide change‑management guidance and training to drive user adoption.
• Maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in software implementation or consulting within the SaaS industry.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Customer‑focused mindset with empathy and a consultative approach.
• Willingness to travel onsite when required (driver’s license may be needed).
