Associate Financial Advisor – Peabody, MA

About the role

The Associate Financial Advisor supports clients in identifying financial needs, setting investment objectives, and selecting appropriate investment and insurance solutions. Working closely with branch leadership and senior investment professionals, the role focuses on building and deepening client relationships while delivering a high‑quality client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed investment sales, revenue, and client engagement targets defined by management.
• Conduct client appointments (in‑person, virtual, telephone) to assess financial needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Manage and grow an assigned client portfolio through relationship strengthening and ongoing financial guidance.
• Maintain compliance with bank, broker/dealer, FINRA, state, and federal regulations, including Santander’s Uninsured Products Policy.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers, Field Advisors, and Licensed Bank Employees to generate referrals and support branch investment growth.
• Provide coaching, education, and product awareness to internal partners to enhance referral generation.
• Participate in sales meetings, training, coaching sessions, and development initiatives.
• Execute business development activities aligned with acquisition strategies.
• Maintain accurate client records, complete operational tasks, and submit timely activity and sales reports.
• Maintain required professional licenses, registrations, and continuing education.
