Associate Financial Advisor

About the role

The Associate Financial Advisor will support clients in York, PA by identifying their financial needs, recommending investment and insurance solutions, and delivering a high-quality client experience. Working closely with branch leadership and senior investment professionals, you will help grow the branch’s investment business while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and surpass investment sales, revenue, and client engagement targets set by management.
• Conduct client appointments in-person, virtually, or by phone to assess financial goals and propose appropriate solutions.
• Manage and expand an assigned client portfolio through relationship building and ongoing financial guidance.
• Maintain strict compliance with bank, broker-dealer, FINRA, state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers, Field Advisors, and Licensed Bank Employees to generate referrals and support branch growth.
• Provide coaching and product education to internal partners to enhance referral generation.
• Participate in sales meetings, training, and development programs to improve advisory skills.
• Maintain accurate client records and timely reporting of activities and sales.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in financial services, investment advisory, or banking.
• Commitment to uphold compliance and regulatory standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively with branch teams and external partners.
• Willingness to pursue and maintain required professional licenses and continuing education.
