Associate, Employee Communications

About the role

We are looking for an Associate, Employee Communications to support Tapestry’s internal storytelling and engagement across corporate, store and fulfillment locations. The role will help create and distribute content that informs, inspires and connects employees to the brand’s culture.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily channel operations and create editorial content such as videos, emails, newsletters and digital signage.
• Develop compelling stories that bring Tapestry’s brands and culture to life for a global employee audience.
• Maintain metrics, dashboards and reporting to evaluate communication effectiveness and guide strategy.
• Partner with functional teams on change‑management communications, campaigns and employee‑facing events including town halls and leadership meetings.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in communications, journalism or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal storytelling ability with attention to detail.
• Proactive, multi‑tasking self‑starter comfortable handling confidential information.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and seniority levels.

Required skills

• Experience with intranet platforms and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud – Photoshop and InDesign.
• Video editing skills (preferred).
• Comfortable experimenting with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to accelerate research and drafting.
