Associate Director/Director, Clinical Drug Supply

About the role

Climb Bio is seeking a highly motivated Associate Director/Director to lead clinical drug supply across its portfolio, from forecasting and packaging through distribution and study close‑out. This senior position reports to the SVP of Technical Operations and will establish the clinical supply function for Phase 3 readiness through BLA submission.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end clinical drug supply, including forecasting, packaging, distribution, resupply and study close‑out.
• Lead selection, onboarding and oversight of Phase 3 labeling, packaging, distribution partners and the IRT system.
• Define forecasting models, inventory and expiry standards, vendor oversight practices and documentation for all trials.
• Develop long‑term supply strategy aligned with BLA readiness, including packaging configurations and distribution design.
• Partner with Clinical Operations on study startup, site activation and enrollment‑driven resupply.
• Manage budgets, vendor performance and resolve quality events, temperature excursions and change controls.
• Represent clinical supply on cross‑functional teams and in regulatory submissions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering or supply‑chain discipline (advanced degree preferred).
• 8 + years (Associate Director) or 10 + years (Director) of clinical supply chain experience in biopharma, with accountability for at least one Phase 3 program.
• Proven experience selecting and managing labeling, packaging, distribution partners and IRT systems.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and GCP requirements for investigational products.
• Exceptional problem‑solving and communication skills in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
