Associate Director, Walmart Dairy Account

About the role

Kraft Heinz is hiring an Associate Director for its Walmart dairy account in Rogers, Arkansas. The role leads a cross-functional team to develop and run account strategies and joint business plans, while owning the P&L for the account and managing all account financials.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the cross-functional team to develop and execute account strategies, joint business plans and key initiatives, and deliver against customer, unit, sales, profit and execution targets.
• Serve as the omnichannel thought leader, applying Kraft Heinz omni capabilities to achieve short- and long-term targets.
• Liaise cross-functionally to improve operational disciplines such as forecasting and supply planning, with a strong understanding of in-store execution and related metrics.
• Own the P&L for the business across the account, including margin, trade deployment and forecasting.
• Develop strong customer relationships to drive both customer category and Kraft Heinz growth.
• Lead major business reviews, joint business planning, line reviews and top-to-top meetings.
• Mentor, manage and coach cross-functional partners and sales analysts, focusing on team building, talent development and succession planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience leading brands or account sales and building customer relationships with top-tier retailers.
• Significant experience building customer relationships, preferably in a CPG environment.
• Previous experience delivering a P&L, deploying trade, and financial forecasting.
