Associate Director, Technical Product Manager

About the role

Join a global biopharmaceutical leader to lead the product strategy and lifecycle of digital Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) solutions across a worldwide manufacturing network.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end lifecycle of global EHS digital products from discovery through deployment and optimization.
• Define and maintain a multi‑year product roadmap aligned with business objectives and digital manufacturing strategy.
• Translate operational needs into user stories, acceptance criteria and prioritized backlogs.
• Lead cross‑functional projects using disciplined project management and LEAN principles.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC controls, GxP/GMP, 21 CFR Part 11 and data integrity standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Computer Science or related field.
• 12+ years of project/program management experience and 5+ years working with business stakeholders in a matrixed enterprise.
• Prior manufacturing plant floor or site operations experience with direct familiarity of EHS processes.
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise EHS platforms such as Enablon, Sphera, Intelex, Cority, Velocity EHS or ePAS.
• Strong ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence senior leadership.

• Salary range $142,400 – $224,100 per year, with annual bonus and long‑term incentive eligibility.
