Associate Director, Global Product Management – Enabling Technologies

About the role

Enovis is seeking an Associate Director to lead the global strategy and growth of the ASTRA Arvis platform, an advanced surgical system that blends augmented reality, AI, and smart navigation for joint replacement procedures. This senior position will shape product roadmaps, drive adoption across knee, hip, and shoulder arthroplasty, and expand the platform’s worldwide footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the global product strategy for ASTRA Arvis across multiple orthopedic applications.
• Collaborate with surgeons, R&D, clinical affairs, and regional commercial teams to identify unmet needs and guide product enhancements.
• Lead portfolio management, ensuring commercial success of existing products while building the future roadmap.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements to maintain differentiation.
• Support go‑to‑market plans, launch activities, and post‑launch performance tracking.

Required profile

• Proven experience in global product management within medical devices or orthopedic enabling technologies.
• Strong strategic thinking with a track record of launching and scaling complex technology platforms.
• Ability to translate clinical insights and market data into actionable product roadmaps.
• Excellent collaboration skills across cross‑functional and international teams.
